Hello,
we have a Sophos Control WEB Policy which blocks everything in the Browser for one specific computer.
The Problem we have here is that we need to install Driver from the Intel Website. I have already put the website in the global Exceptions List.
But it still gets blocked.
Is there any way to get one specific Site not controlled by the Web Control Policy.

If you want to allow one website through your Web Control policy, the best way to do so is to use the "Website Management" options.
- Website Management
You will need to select category override, then assign a category that is currently set to "Allow" in your Web Control Policy.
Another option is to use a website tag such as "Work Exceptions". Once the tag is created, you can go into the Web Control Policy to specify the tag with the "Allowed" option for this tag.
You can also submit a reclassification request for a website if you believe the original category is incorrect. This can be done from the following page.

The exclusions added from "Global Settings> Global Exclusions > Add Exclusion> (Type:) Website" will apply if a website is detected as malicious. This is considered separately from the Web Control/Website Management options.
