Sophos Clean Service is stopped and the Sophos Antivirus Service not available

We see that on many devices the sophos Clean Service is not running, since like 3 weeks and on many clients the sophos antivirus service is not available. 

But Sophos on the client or Central doesn't give an error?

Is this a new function witch come with an update?
