How to reset Sophos Central login pin

Question

Hello, a security pin has been activated by an IT who no longer works in the company and who hasn't written anything.
How can I reset the two-factor authentication pin?
I can't even log into the console and haven't found a way to reset it.

 We can't assist you about login issue here. You need to contact our customer care so they can reset your login credentials.
