Update now - Status Tracking - Progress check

Hi All, 

I am trying to push endpoint with update now as few of them are showing with not started : services. 

if there is any other way to fix this, please let me know. 

also I did this action on few machines so where I can see the previous taken actions and their final status.

    Thank you for reaching us, May we know how many devices are currently affected and what OS it uses? You can follow the steps listed in this article under "A Service is reported as Stopped" and let us know the status once the steps are applied. For your Second question. you can Identify how long this device stayed on its status via Sophos central by searching the device in question and looking for its current status.
