AD Sync for Central stopped working last night

I added a new API credential and added it. I get the error "Can't connect to Sophos Central due to Connectivity Issues when I click on validate Credentials

The log file shows the following:

I'd really like to get this working, I unistalled and reinstalled it and that didn't help.
