Sophos Update Cache and Message Relay server

Recently installed update cache and message relay to new server through Sophos Central. After installation, I removed the Update Cache and Message Relay from the previous server. All of our devices' update source and message relay source did not change to the new server - it is now updating directly from Sophos through our Proxy, which causes network congestion. Please note that the changes mentioned above was made 3 days ago and would have expected the changes would take effect on our devices.

    You may refer to this documentation under "How do I remove an Update Cache and Message Relay?" Note: demoting your server will lead to your devices fetching an update directly to Sophos cloud directly so I suggest you do this on your lean hours were less users are working. Once you demote the server successfully, You can proceed with promoting the desired server you wish to use as a new UC/MR for your environment. As long as there is no Network connectivity issue there shouldn't be any issue.
