We had two devices going into self isolation because Sophos File Scanner service (or similar) didn't start.
Is there anyway we could be notified by email about computers going into self isolation instead the users just discovering this.
Also, what's the best method to fix these issues. I had to log in physically as an admin to start the service. This isn't ideal for remote work?
