CCTV Slow to load

We have some Hikvision NVR's that, since we've installed Sophos AV and firewall, are very slow to load up.

When troubleshooting - If i turn off live scanning on the internet, they work fine.

So i was wondering if there's a way to exclude the IPs of these NVRs from being live scanned to stop this issue?

    Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum. 

    If you'd like to prevent an IP address or Website from being scanned, I'd recommend adding an exclusion to your "Threat Protection Policy" of the type "Website". You can then specify the IP address or URL you'd like to whitelist. 

    Depending on the type of video monitoring software/website you’re using, some traffic may also be passing through the loopback IP address on the local device. If you don't see very much improvement in the results with only the IP/URL exclusion, I'd recommend trying a loopback exclusion as well to see if this helps.
