I am unable to log into Sophos Central from any browser or from within XG Home.

I know I have the correct credentials, and it says what is stated above. But does not move from that page.

Please assist.

  • I have exactly the same problem for the last 2 days while registering a NEW account to Sophos.

    My current account works just fine and I log correctly but when I try and register a new account I get this message that gets stuck forever... I tried logging from a new tab while waiting but it said my credentials were wrong (maybe because the registration process hasn't finished?). After 10-15 mins I decided to close the window and try to reset the password where I got the security code in my email, I verified it and after completing 2x new password... I get the message "Authentication failed. Please check your credentials and try again."

    Tried the registration procedure 3 times with 3 different email address and still no joy... Is there's something wrong with the login servers?

  • Ok... I realized need to register through https://www.sophos.com/central-activation instead of https://central.sophos.com, After doing it I got an email that said "The following Sales Order has been put on HOLD on initial load to the system". The 2nd time I registered after some hours I got "The following Sales Order has been approved." and my login worked after that...
