Bug or Feature - get all hotspots via API

Hi,

we are using a XGS3300 (SFOS 20.0.0 GA-Build222). We added 2 hotspots (type = voucher) via the webconsole and we are currently creating a lot of vouchers for our employees and guests via the user portal.

I get the voucherdefinitions successfully via API:

<VoucherDefinition>
</VoucherDefinition>
</Get>

but when i try to get all the data for the current hotspots:

<Get>
<Hotspot>
</Hotspot>
</Get>

I get StatusCode 200 OK and a lot of numbers (random?) and no valid XML response.

Is this a bug or did i miss something?

The api user has read/write permission for ALL areas.

Is there way to get all vouchers from one hotspot? And further more, can i create/add a voucher via API instead of the user portal?

I would be grateful for any help.

    Thank you for your reply.

    This is really unsatisfactory, as important filter functions within the voucher list in the User Portal are missing. You can neither search nor specify the number of vouchers to be displayed.

    We have a few thousand vouchers. Managing these vouchers is currently a nightmare.

    What is the best way to request these features from Sophos?
