how do i delete this sandboxie

Basically i downloaded and ran a program i shouldnt have and now it wont get terminated or wont get deleted i need some help pls, my antivirus is going crazy as well

Um, have you tried Terminate All Programs - have you tired machine Restart (not Shut down) -
