ALL browser downloads, in SB, now result in "failed: insufficient permissions"

SB v 5.3

After an apparent Windows 10 update, I can no longer download inside of SB but can do so outside of it. I've cleaned out the SB, checked for updates, restarted my computer.

Just download and install the latest version 5.31.4: https://www.sandboxie.com/DownloadSandboxie

Don't forget to read the "instructions for filling out download request form" before.

Thanks.

We did end up doing that but what was frustrating is that the app said there were no updates. We had to go to the site to find out, and to download it.
