Hi everybody, we are on our way to move on prem mailboxes to Exchange online.We do no operational IT on our own due to a full scope outsourcing.PureMessage is running as a service provided by our provider Fujitsu.It`s running well, but due to poor messages i have no idea if its running with EXO.I´ve although talked to a support engineer who`s answer was that pureMessage is a on prem product not working with EXO.Does anyone in this community has such experiences?

Apologies for the delay in response. May I know the version of the Puremessage you are currently on?PureMessage for Microsoft Exchange 4.0.4 and later can be installed on Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 and 2016. Please check this article and see if it helps.
