Firewalls not being discovered in SFCM

Hi,

I'm struggling to our customer firewalls being discovered in the SCFM. I followed the procedure as explained in the SCFM manual.

In the Partner portal, most of the customers approved the request to let their FW being managed by SCFM, afterwards I configured the firewalls as explained in the document, but still the devices aren't discovered in the SCFM.

Any help would be appreciated.

If the configuration is performed as per the guide, it should be work.

I would request you to contact support to investigate the issue further.
