Could you please provide more information?Are you using HTTPS proxy? which mode?

Yes We are using Proxy in Full transparent mode

One correction... I found that : "Scan HTTPS (SSL) Traffic" - NOT selected.... 
It's may be a problem ?

Take a look on the URL Filtering Tab in the HTTP proxy.  Look at "Block URLs with a reputation below a threshold of" and "Block access to uncategorized websites".

You say 'most' HTTPS websites: which ones are you able (or not able) to access?  Is the "Untrusted Website" error you get an Astaro error or a web browser error?  Also what OS/web browser are you using?

Try the following:

- Check the Packet Filter and make sure that HTTPS is allowed.  It probably is if you get an "Untrusted Website" error but have a look anyway to see who (if anyone) is allowed.

- Install the HTTPS certificate of your Astaro box into your web browser.  I know this is normally only needed when the "Scan HTTPS (SSL) Traffic" box is ticked but try it anyway and see what happens.

- What Scott_Klassen said (chances are he's probably got your answer).

Try to access an HTTPS site that is blocked and then paste the applicable line(s) here from the Content Filter log please. Otherwise we're just taking random guesses.
 
BTW, is this a "Home" license or is this with paid for subscriptions?

Paid for subscriptions...

Then you have support. If gold support, contact your reseller, if platinum, you can contact Astaro support directly. One of them can remote into your system, see everything they need, figure out what is misconfigured, and get you fixed up very quickly.
