User Portal just a blank screen after update

It seems post one of the last few updates my user portal and thus my access to VPN download packages is gone.

I try to access it and the page header states USER PORTAL but the screen is blank.

I have tried from inside and outside my network and also the clearing the web cache with no luck?

Anyone seen this issue?

Or solved it?

This sounds like a browser cache issue. Do you still have the problem if you clear the cache in your laptop?

I recognized the same issue today on iPhone and a laptop. Seems to be a little bit faulty.

Cache clearing does not work.. I can access the portal internally: at IPADRESS[:P]ORT NUMBER but cannot log in with any users info..

So thats another issue.

Hi ,

I saw that behavior on Internet explorer whin it is in computability mode.
If you are using IE in compatibility mode please use it without compatibility mode.
Please try other browser like chrome or Firefox.

Sadly none of the suggestions worked..
Latest version of the UTM9 - ASG120 - 9.103-5

I have narrowed it down to external access is the only issue - blank screen with IE or Chrome - states user portal in the tital bar but no portal shows up... just a blank screen

Hi,
on one HA-Cluster I have the same issue since update to 9.103-5 (UTM425).

Chrome and Firefox are extreamly slow and with the Internet Explorer the userportal looks like this

There, I have no opportunity to sign in.
If I disable the computability mode, the Userportal ist slow, but some times, I can log in, but very slow.

That is no normal behavior and before (the last update, I think) there were no problems.

When you log in are you using https:// in from of the URL?
