" exhibiting suspicious behavior pattern 'Buffer Overflow'

Hi everyone,

I meet this issue with a user who is using a computer on local network area. We use Sophos instead of a Antivirus software in computers.

I don't know why it happens . I just receive some messages from Sophos :

"

Process "C:\Windows\explorer.exe" exhibiting suspicious behavior pattern 'Buffer Overflow'.

     No action taken.

If you are unsure whether the application can be authorized, please send a sample to Sophos.

Can everyone help me? This is because I always meet this issue everyday and I think I need to find a solution to prevent it happen again. I also research some topics on this community as well as some sites on the internet but I don't know how to tackle it.

Please help me to solve it.

Many Thanks
