Bandwidth Control

Dear All,

In my organisation this IP 192.168.1.142 is consuming lot of bandwidth and I want to reduce his bandwidth speed. Is there a way to reduce the bandwidth speed. Please let me know. I am using ASG425 and version is 9.201-25. Please do the needful. Thank you.

Solved by myself...[;)]

I've already had the post linked below from Billybob in my "Likes given" list, but never looked closely at the screenshots (scrshot no.2 gave me an idea for a solution):

Wrong:
ClientPC -> Any -> Internet IPv4

Correct (now it seems logical):
Internet IPv4 -> Any -> ClientPC

Still didn't figured out how to do it with Download Throttling (Billybob solution was written before 9.1 release).
I have tried all possible combinations, neither one worked for me.
