Incorrect Last User listed in Sophos Central

Presumably one of your "people" (https://cloud.sophos.com/manage/people/all/users) now has multiple computers associated with them where these should belong to there own "people" objects.

If you create a new user to represent one of these users (https://cloud.sophos.com/manage/people/all/users - Add User). Then click on the "Edit" for the logins, you should be able to find the username in the list and move it over.

This will associate the computer, via the username to the user record as computers are linked to users via the login.

Hi Ben Luke,

I believe you used the email link from a user to install it on multiple clients. It should generally change the user details once the new user logs into the PC after the installation.

Please check if the user details are updated once the new user log's into the client machine and the client communicates to the central. You can reach our support to check if this is not automatically updating.

You can manually assign the user's if you wish,
