Cloud Migration Tool login error

When attempting to log into the cloud migration tool I get the error

Unknown login error.  See log for more information.

  • I'm having the same problem. Checked the username and password which worked fine on the logon page. But throwing an error while i try to logon with the cloud migration tool. I checked also the firewall if the packets are blocked there. Didn't find something in the firewall-log

    We were experiencing an issue with the Sophos Cloud Migration Tool but it has been resolved. Are you still experiencing the error?

  • Hi, Wondering how this was resolved.  Im getting an error "A connection to SOPHOS could not be established"  when trying to migrate clients that go through the UTM proxy.  In the cloudmigration.log the last 3 lines are

    2016-06-02T05:55:31.017Z [1] WARN DataCollector.GetCloudIds Old cloud identity is null or empty. Using default value.
