Cloud Migration Tool login error

When attempting to log into the cloud migration tool I get the error

Unknown login error.  See log for more information.

    I'm having the same problem. Checked the username and password which worked fine on the logon page. But throwing an error while i try to logon with the cloud migration tool. I checked also the firewall if the packets are blocked there. Didn't find something in the firewall-log
