What does "Business Files" affected mean in the Sophos RCA cases in the Central Admin console? HOW does Sophos determine that its a business file? What method does it use? We found that several JPEG files were marked as business files.

What does a "Business File" mean to Sophos in the Sophos RCA cases in the Central Admin console? Just HOW does Sophos determine that its a business file? What method does it use? We found that several JPEG files were marked as business files. Is this a "David Blaine" version of Sophos which magically determines any random file as a business file?

Following my previous response, we do not provide additional information regarding Business Files (other than what you can review in Central).

I have found a video referencing business files that might help as well:
Sophos Intercept X: Root-Cause Analysis (RCA) in Two Minutes
