Android 6.0 Google Connectivity Services...

is considered a "low reputation app" by Sophos mobile device protection. Is this because it is new and sophos doesn't know about it? Will it be "approved" or should I simply uninstall it? I think it was installed when I tried out Project fi for a month. I am unable to uninstall it.
