Hi, since yesterday, 04th Nov 2019, i got always a "connection timed out" while trying to logon to the SaaS.....
Is there anyone who has the same problem ?

Could you please confirm the version of the Sophos product you are on?Also, are there any recent changes in your environment? If you have configured Sophos Mobile to use Microsoft SQL Server with Windows authentication, make sure that the SMC service runs as a user that has database access rights.
