Can you please provide more information regarding which Os are you using?
Are you seeing the same duplicate Security Health on every browser?
Does the issue persist after deleting the browser's cache?
On the endpoint --> About -- > Run Diagnostic Tool --> Installed components
Do you see any duplicate entries?
Are there any errors showing up there?
If the issues persist, you could try renaming the events database (this will remove any prior events from the endpoint, so please act with caution).
