windows 10 dont shut down and have problems to restart.

Since Creators Update i have Problems by a couple of Pcs that Windows dont shut down and have Problems to restart, after removing the sophos incept software windows shut down and have no Problems. Have anybody an idea what i can do ? Windows fastboot do remove havent help. Only removing the sophos Software
