SHelp setting up UTM to access ADSL

So after much messing about with poor netgear routers and access points Id like to buy some hardware to get my UTM running on an old pc, online

I was originally going to use any router as the adsl dialup, then double NAT but id like to avoid that

Im thinking of buying an ADSL modem with ethernet port opposed to a wireless router which could normally cause me to

a)not get an external IP

b)firewall headaches

c) NATting twice due to a dirty 100.0.0.x network and then my lan 192.168.0.x network

So, - whats the recommendations for ADSL lines and a utm?

Does utm support adsl cards that i could put in the pc for even less wires/plugs?

Ill have my current wireless router doing the wifi work, utm wil do the dhcp and adsl modem will provide an outside line.  Whats the best method for avoiding double nat?
