Cannot view message details for quarantined emails

I've got a few emails that have been quarantined in our email appliance.  When I click on the email that's blocked and try and select 'info', the display is completely blank.  Clicking on any of the other tabs (body/headers/info) is unresponsive.  Thus, I am unable to find out why certain emails are being blocked.  Can anyone shed any light?  Thanks

    On the left of your search.. change it from quarantine to mail logs.  You can also add a subject or similar range to further target the email in question.   Once you left click on it, it will open a list of all of the relevant headers, the one you're looking for is the rule hit..  (ie medium spam, or SPF/DKIM or the name of another custom rule)
