How to remove malware(trojan) inside ROM of android

Hey pliz anybody can help me to remove malicious objects, they called:

1.Shell(Andr/Xgen2-CA)

2.BackUp(Andr/Obfus-D)

They couldnt remove by any feature on sophos security but it could detect them

2. Which version of Sophos Security are you using?

3. Are you using Sophos mobile Control?
