I was advised "Have you tried to put in exclusions to the websites? Website exclusions" When I clicked on the link only the URL actually said anything about where these Website Exclusions are held.

I think your page would be more user friendly if there was some breadcrumbs showing which sections/sub-sections this article belongs too. Failing that, just some indication of the section to which this page relates.
