Status unknown, hyper-v, happens in two disk configurations

I get 'status unknown' if we install Advanced Endpoint Server before creating a second disk on a virtual machine. When we remove the disk, the status shows as healthy. Today when I re-added the status reverted to unknown. Anyone know of a fix for this?

I've had this happen in Azure and also a local Hyper-V configuration.

Hello TimAlbertson

Can you also confirm that this is in relation to Sophos for Virtual Environments and not the endpoint product trying to be installed on a Hyper-v host.
