Problem run DataBackupRestore.exe -action=backup -datasourcetype=securestore

Question

Hi, 
 
 I have the Enterprise console 5.3.1 and I need to upgrade to the other version but, when i try to create a backup with DataBackupRestore.exe with option -datasourcetype=securestore, I get this error.

 I tried to upgrade the console 5.3.1 to 5.5.0, after run the sophos setup management console ande sophos management database upgrade to version 5.5.0 but the Sophos management server has a problem, i look in the log file "sophos_server64.msi", these is a error:

And I match this error with this error from Microsoft ( msdn.microsoft.com/.../ms700106(v=vs.85).aspx) 
 
 MQ_ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED (0xC00E0025) 
 Returned when access to the specified queue or computer is denied. 
 When returned, verify that your are allowed the access rights for performing the operation on the applicable object (for example, creating, setting properties, or deleting a queue). To change the access rights of a queue, call MQSetQueueSecurity .

Both error say there are some error with the permission in microsoft message queue but i do not have idea what to do with the message queue.
