Hi Sophoan KHIEU

This issue will occur when downgrading from Sophos Endpoint Security and Control 10.7.2 to version 10.6.4 and earlier. This is because Sophos Clean is part of Exploit Prevention introduced in Sophos Endpoint Security and Control 10.7.2, and is not present in earlier versions. Please refer to the article 0000006b Download of Sophos Clean failed from server. Let me know if this resolves your issue.
