Report can't be generated due to low space.

Hello guys,

I am new to Sophos and I am facing a problem in my sophos enterprise console for endpoint protection which is installed in Windows 2012 server. Now I have 5% of my disk space left and also tried to manually purge the data. But couldn't do it and now I am unable to generate report.So please help me regarding purging data more than 4 months or 120 days and also tell me the way in which I can generate report again.

Your early response is needed and this is a live system so need to solve this immediately. Thanks in advance.

Hello Md Musfiqur,

primary question is, is your disk adequately sized (5% of how much, how many subscriptions is SEC, how many endpoints)?
If it is, it might be the SQL database and log l please see the table size query and resolve performance issues articles.

Server storage is 300GB and 14.6 GB was Free. Today We have shrinked the log file and then limited the log file upto 50 GB.Now waiting for the performance issue of accessing report generating process.If there is anymore suggestion from your side please feel free to suggest.
