Sophos 5.4.1 Enterprise Console Installation Error

Good Day to All,

I'm new to the SOPHOS Community and installing Sophos Enterprise Console 5.4.1 for the 1st time on 2012 R2 Windows Server Platform using the Sophos Enterprise Console Quick Startup Guide.  Upon installation receiving the following error listed below and need some guidance please.  "Management Server is failing on install and rolling back".

 

Hello Andrew, I already have the logs and from the initial checking, I am only seeing the following errors which I am comparing now with the other cases. Return value 3. I still have 7 hours in my shift and I will send you all the information and possible troubleshooting that I can find within my shift. After my shift, I will then have this transferred to my colleagues in the North American region for them to continue assisting you.
