I've had a support ticket opened since June 30th and it appears to have fallen through a crack in the earth... I am unable to get the attention of tech support unless I schedule time with their pro services department so I am hoping someone here may have seen this before.
If both of my update managers are unable to fetch updates with only a "Software Delivery Failed" message, is there a chance that your license is in limbo? I have even installed a new update manager elsewhere for testing purposes and it is having the same problem. Please advise.
