i am trying to deploy SOPHOS Security Virtual Machine (SSVM), But it always fails at the end of the installation.
The installation log file show the following error messages
[INFO][1836][ControllerProgress.__updateState]: State of '192.168.1.100' changed to 'Removing deployed SSVM'
[ERROR][1836][ControllerProgress.error]: Error: Failed to deploy SSVM: Configuration of SVM failed.
[INFO][1836][ControllerProgress.__updateState]: State of '192.168.1.100' changed to 'Error: Failed to deploy SSVM: Configuration of SVM failed.'
The deployment environment details as below:
vCenter version 6
- ESX Host version 5.5 (Enterprise plus)
- VMware vShield Manager version 5.5.4
- VMware vShield Endpoint version 6
- SOPHOS Enterprise Console 5.4
- SSVM 2_0_7 (ssvm_sfx_2_0)
- License Family: Data and Endpoint Protection
- Windows 7/2008 computer used for security VM installation
Any idea what could be the reason for installation error.
