  • Hello,

    Can you find the file:

    C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Update Manager\Update Manager\Warehouse\46285919c1070df01bceae64447f51dax000.dat

delete it and force an update to replace the file?

If you create a MD5 checksum of the file as it stands, it should match the filename (apart from the added on x000.dat); If it doesn't, it would suggest the file is corrupt, maybe a device has modified the file?

The location of the file in the warehouse would be:
    http://d1.sophosupd.net/update/46285919c1070df01bceae64447f51dax000.dat

you could try downloading it via a web browser to confirm there is nothing wrong with the file - as before check the MD5 of the fie matches the filename.  You could compare the file download via the browser with the one in the warehouse directory.  You can just copy the file into the warehouse directory as well.

    Regards,

    Jak
