which can't be removed
does this mean the Cleanup status in Resolve Alerts and Errors is Not cleanable or something else? Have you read and followed How to remove malware threats, adware, or Potentially Unwanted Applications? If you have already done so but couldn't remove the malware I'd suggest that you run the diagnostic utility, save the output, send a sample of the Troj/IRCbot-AIW. Once you have a response with the case # you can reply describing your issue in detail and attaching the SDU logs.
