Enterprise Console 5.2.1 R2 not able to update from sophos

Hi,

I've a Enterprise console 5.2.1 R2 to handle 500 users. But last week, the server suddenly not able to update from sophos. I've checked the update manager log and found no error.

I test the connection to the sophos update site and it return result "it works". I rebooted the Enterprise console server but still unable to get update.

The services is all up and the license doesn't expired until this year october.

Anyone encounter this issue?

    HI,

    I always check that RMS is working first with this sort of problem.  Are the Sophos Agent, and Sophos Message Router services running OK and stay running when restarted?

    If you perfrom an update against the SUM from SEC, does the status change to "Downloading binaries" after a few seconds?

    If that works (it starts an update), from that same update, could you attach the trace log from SUM?
