How can I transmit suspected files to the labs? Will it ever be possible to this from the Sophos Enterprise Console?

Sometime we have files which may contain malware or they are Mal/Gen and not cleanable with the cosole. I want to upload this files to Sophos without a risk for my Systems. How can I manage?

    We have a guide which gives you the steps to follow in order to submit samples to us without risking further infection. Please see this article for information.

    In regards to this being done in the console its currently not possible to submit all suspicious files however if you were to check in your Anti-Virus & HIPS policy and then select "Sophos Live Protection" there is an option here to "Automatically send sample files to Sophos". This will allow the live protection feature to send samples on the fly.
    You will not see this occurring as its done in the background and you will not receive any feedback from labs.

    It is possible to submit a feature request for your suggestion by following this link - feature.astaro.com/.../285723-sophos-endpoint
