Having issue connecting enterprise console to Sophos Server

Please find below error

    all but impossible to give some helpful answer based on just these error messages.
    Did you already follow the advice in the first line (Please check that the Sophos Management Host service is running, otherwise see KBA 118513)? If not, please do so. In case the problem can't be solved details would be needed - is this a local or remote console, a fresh install or upgrade, did it work before ...?
