Add an exception in Sophos Endpoint Secutiry!!!

Hi,

i installed Sophos Endpoint Security and Control 1.4.0 Cloud Server; unfortunatly, it blocks my software (not a virus) and it (the software) doesn't work fine. I read all the FAQ and the Help-On-Line but i couldn't understand how i can resolve my problem. I use Windows Server 2012 R2 but i have the same problem also in Windows Server 2016.

How can i resolve my problem?

Hello Christian,

I just meant I can't reply in Italian. It's clear that you want to add an exception but not knowing what has been blocked and why (i.e. the associated message from Sophos) it's impossible to give some advice.

Hi,

Sophos doesn't show any messages. I understant that Sophos blocks my programs because if i disable completely it, the program works; if i enable it, the programs doesn't work but Sophos doesn't show any messages. I know it's strange, but it is what happens.

if i disable completely
how or what did you disable completely? Likely it's something that causes the program to fail as blocks should be accompanied by a message. What are the symptoms - the program just doesn't run, or? It might be a conflict (e.g. HIPS or BOPS) - please see Basic troubleshooting ... (skip to item 5 in the article) - that can't be resolved with an exclusion.
