Only Sophos patch agent removal

Hi Communitiy!

I just purchased a new package for Sophos Endpoint Security and Control. The former version I used to have included a the patch agent. 

I stopped all services on the old management machine where the Enterprise console was installed and set up a new management server with the most

recent version of Enterprise Manager.

Everything is working fine except I permanent receive the error telling me, that the client was not able to download the patch agent.

My question is if there is a way to unistall the patch agent on all clients at once using a management tool from Sophos?

    Hello Sascha,

    the only management tool is Protect computers. If you only want to get rid of the errors there's a registry key you have to delete so that AutoUpdate no longer attempts to download patch. If you want to remove the component please see How to uninstall .... Dunno if Protect actually uninstalls Patch (also I only assume, haven't tested it, it'll remove the mentioned product key. If Protect doesn't help or is not an option and you also can't use psexec I have some black magic which might help - if you think you need it send me a PM.
