When installing endpoint on client stuck at:- Installing package 3 of 3. Starting Sophos Autoupdate setup.....

Uninstalled Sophos as it was not updating correctly on client, tried reinstalling using sophosendpoint.exe on the server.

 

Is currently stuck on  installing endpoint on client stuck at:- Installing package 3 of 3. Starting Sophos Autoupdate setup.....

Any help or advice would be appreciated

    I should have said same problem but mine is stopped at "installing 3 of 5"

    If AutoUpdate is installing the software packages it is subscribed to, the install logs (could be all of the following: MSI logs, setup plugin logs and custom action logs) of each of those packges will go to \windows\temp\. Sorting by the last modified date in that directory and checking the Sophos AutoUpdate trace log (programdata\sophos\autoupdate\logs\) to see which package it's installing should help.
