Trying to install the free sophos for linux and it is giving me

Fetching free update credentials.
Installation aborted.
Failed to get free credentials

I tried this on 3 different servers with the same results.  I even disabled the iptables firewall to make sure i was not blocking it.

    Hello

    Please can you check your proxy settings, it cannot be set automatically on some Linux variations.

    SAV config has update proxy option, if you run

    savconfig --help

    you will find the options here.

    Please also ensure you can ping the address for the free credentials.
