Installation aborted. Scanning error [0x0004021e]

I'm trying to install Antivirus for Linux version 9.10 and I always get this error message:

Fetching free update credentials.
Installing Sophos Anti-Virus....
Installation aborted.
Scanning error [0x0004021e]

I'm running Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS, but I've tried also in Ubuntu 15.04 with the same result.

Installing directory is default one: /opt/sophos-av

¿Anybody knows how to avoid this error?

    Same problem.

    Is there no solution? I emailed their tech support and they replied that they can't provide any support as the product is free.

    Was pretty reasonable.

    But I was hoping they'd some place on their website where we could enter our error messages and be told what they mean. I mean why provide an error code if the code is meaningless to the end user?

    Anyways.
