Sophos anti-virus on my MacBook is constantly making pop-up windows asking for full disk access, even though I have already granted full access. The pop-ups are distracting me a lot and I hope someone can help me out of here. Thanks!

Are you using Sophos Home? And what is the OS version running on your device?
I suggest checking if there are additional Sophos components listed in the Full Disk Access section within Security & Privacy, and ensuring that all Sophos components are checked.
I suggest also checking which version of Sophos you have installed on your device. The icon present in your screenshot looks to be an older version which may not be receiving updates any longer.
Do you know if Sophos was installed by your work/scool, or was this obtained as a stand-alone product/license?
