I try to install the Endpoint Agent, but the setup won´t start properly.You can see the process for one second, than it´s gone, no window, nothing.
'C:\ProgramData\Sophos\CloudInstaller\Logs' does not exist.
Facing that issue on several old Win 7 x86 machines and a WinSRV 2012 R2.

Thank you for reaching the community forum.Can you confirm if you have an extended support subscription for your win7 devices? have you tried downloading a fresh package from central and initiate the installation?
