Sophos Endpoint active but client not showing in cloud devices page

Good day

I have a client that was offline for a while, last update in August 2022 - Now it's not showing in Sophos Cloud Devices page, and I cannot uninstall or re-install because tamper protection is on.

Any idea on what I can try to resolve without having to format the machine.
